FAQs: Just In Case You Need to Know More!

How do I make a purchase?

We want your shopping experience to be super comfortable and easy!

  1. To make a purchase, just choose any product you want, indicate your preferred colors, sizes and all other specifics then click ADD TO CART.
  2. Specify the quantity, and any discount code you have then proceed to CHECKOUT.
  3. Put in your SHIPPING INFORMATION & PAYMENT DETAILS. Choose between completing it using your PAYPAL information or your DEBIT/CREDIT CARD information then proceed to COMPLETE ORDER. Please note down your ORDER NUMBER which will be given to you right after completing the order and on an email confirmation from us.
The style/size/color I want is out of stock! When are you restocking?

We get new items daily and often restock our bestsellers. If unfortunately it’s not in stock, you may put in your email address at the product's page and hit SEND so you’ll be notified right away once it’s available.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship worldwide! Shipping fees & times vary for each country and will be displayed to you upon check out and when tracking.

What payment methods can I use?

Our PCI-compliant payment gateways ensure 100% safety & security of all customer information.

Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on our website. Your paypal account will be charged once the order is completed.

How About Product Guarantee / Warranty?

Do I have to pay taxes for my purchase?

We always declare the exact value of your parcel for customs purposes, and we have had no issues with them getting past customs to date. Yet to make sure and for more information, you can always check with your local customs office.

When will I receive my purchase?

Order processing usually takes 1-5 business days, and once fulfilled, items will then be shipped out and may take 2 to 3 weeks to get to you depending on your location.

 

You will receive email notifications as follows:

  1. Upon completing your order, which would include your ORDER NUMBER.
  2. As soon as we ship your order, which would include your TRACKING NUMBER and the link to the SITE where you can track your parcel.

Is there any way to track my order?

IShipping notifications and updates are sent out via email regularly. The initial email will include your TRACKING NUMBER and the WEBSITE LINK allowing you to quickly & easily track your parcel!

How do I change/return my item?

We have a stress-free RETURNS POLICY in place. If you’re not satisfied with an item you ordered, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from delivery date.
